2.You can apply for a physical membership card free of charge at the customer service center of the store。

When applying for membership, please be sure to fill in your personal information carefully in order to enjoy your membership rights and interests in time。

If there is any information change, please timely through the wechat mini program member center or store customer service center to make changes。

Membership card use

1.You can enjoy the membership discount when you spend at any store of Moye with your Moye e-membership card or physical membership card。

2.When you spend with your membership card, you can accumulate shopping points based on your membership level。

3.Through the verification methods of member mobile phone number, member card number and password, and verification code, you can use member points for order amount redemption, points for gift, points for parking fees, points for lottery, etc。

Please refer to the customer service center and counter notice of the store for the rules of membership card use。

If your transaction results in a return or exchange, the points for that transaction will be adjusted accordingly。

Parking fees paid by points are currently only available in some stores。

Damage/loss replacement

1.If your physical membership card is worn out and cannot be used, you can change the card and transfer the points and account balance to the customer service center of any Maoye store。

2.If your physical membership card is lost, please call the customer service center of any Maoye store to report the loss in time, and go to the nearby customer service center to replace the card as soon as possible。

3.The first card replacement/replacement is free, from the second time, you need to charge 10 yuan/card cost。

4.You can also log in to the "Mau Yue Hui PLUS" mini program member center to bind and use the electronic membership card。

Integral equity

1. Membership bonus points:

New members who join the Club and old members who join the Club e-card for the first time will receive 100 points。

2. Perfect data to send points:

Use of integral

Points can be used to redeem offline purchases, pay parking fees and redeem gifts。

The bonus points for new members and improved information can be activated only after the first purchase has been made。Points are not transferable。

2.Point validity:

Points earned in the current natural year (1 January to 31 December), valid until 23:59 on 31 December of the following year;Points will be cleared automatically after expiration。

Any frozen points shall be valid at 23:59 on December 31 of the following year after the date of acquisition;When the frozen points are thawed, the expired points will be deducted automatically, and the unexpired points can be used normally within the validity period。
